Sandra Haydon & Associates Inc. was established in 2014 with a focus on:
- job evaluation
- pay equity compliance - provincial and federal
- job description preparation
- job and organization design
- classification and compensation design
Prior to beginning SH&A, Sandra worked with an international consulting firm for over fifteen years with clients in Canada and the United States. Sandra has served as a subject matter expert in arbitrations and has spoke at conferences on pay equity and compensation.

Our clients include public sector, not-for-profit, and private sector organizations.
We have experience working with municipalities, school boards, universities, crown corporations, and a range of health care and social service providers.
Our private sector clients include small to mid size organizations across a range of sectors including transportation, entertainment and hospitality, professional services, and manufacturing.
